IT Support Client London Example - Mo Mo LondonSpeedster were called into Mo Mo to complete a network audit of their current network which consisted of Multi Servers at HQ and their Restaurant, it also consisted of a mix of laptops and desktops for staff.
The network required a complete overhaul and update of systems and re implementation of antivirus for each pc based at their office and restaurant. Speedster also implemented group policy, to lock down key parts of each machine preventing users from tampering with control panel settings on their systems.
A new backup system was also installed which allowed MoMo to backup all their data to an offsite data centre. The whole project was completed during a weekend to prevent and limit downtime on the network during business hours. Since the implementation new projects such as

IT Support Client London Example – City Capital LLPSpeedster were asked to look into email issues at City Capitals’ Holborn office. After thorough investigation the decision was made to move City Capital onto a Windows Small Business Server. The implementation allows City Capital to work more efficiently with email and also have the knowledge their emails were managed offsite and correctly backed up.
After the email server implementation Speedster worked with City Capital to find the best remote access solution and secure server environment. Speedster implemented Terminal Services, which now allows City Capital to work from any location, in the UK or internationally. With these projects proving successful City Capital have recommended Speedster-IT to their own clients!
