Our Helpdesk Role

Software or hardware doesn’t always work the way you initially expect. This is an unavoidable fact so it is important to have an efficient solution. Our IT Support Helpdesk team is built from experts in Microsoft Office, Networking, Mac Os X and VoIP just to name a few areas. Unlike other IT Support Helpdesks, we provide unlimited call and ticket logging as standard, so you can test the experts all you like.


Your servers and the software on them are monitored by our team so they will normally fix a problem before you even know about it. However, if you notice anything wrong it can be reported by phone or email at any time. We offer remote user support and we’re happy to come onsite if the issue can’t be resolved quickly. We like to know the companies we work with so mobile phone numbers of senior staff will be issued to management. To close, no two companies are exactly the same, so there is a good chance you have something you want us to cover that we have not mentioned.
