We just wanted to provide you with a update to let you know it’s still business as usual here.
The team has been working from home now for several days and will for the foreseeable future, but we’re well set up and we are operating as close to normal as possible. Since the government implemented their Stay at Home measures this week, our call and ticket volume has tripled as everyone adapts to a 100% remote working model but we are striving to answer calls and tickets as soon as we can.
Thank you for your patience in these extraordinary times, while we continue to deal with tickets and calls that are now running nearer the norm. It’s possible calls and tickets might take slightly longer to answer than you’re used to but please bear with us as we work through your requests and requirements.
